I am an MS student at Northeastern studying Speech-Language Pathology! My experience working with children spans across multiple settings. Some of my past work experience includes an assistant teacher position at Bright Horizons, and I am self-employed as a sitter in my home state of NJ. This academic year I also assist in a preschool program that is operated through a local recreation department. Combined, I have approximately 5 years of childcare experience. My academic and professional work has informed my knowledge of play-based learning. In both home and daycare settings, I have facilitated age-appropriate games and activities, prepared snacks and lunch, and provided assistance for child storytime and homework needs. I enjoy reading, running, and spending time outside. I have limited working proficiency in Russian.
