I was the oldest girl of a very big family. I helped raise my three younger cousins and my baby sister. I’m patient with kids, very kind and soft spoken, respectful of boundaries. Safety and health is priority. I’m able to say no or create distractions when needed. I love nature. I love reading. I have a very strong imagination for playtime. I was a fanatic about school, so homework is not a problem. I have a car and my license. I am able to clean and do laundry. I can cook some simple meals if I need to. I have my CPR certification. I have type one diabetes. If my blood sugar is low, I will put the tv on for like 20 minutes and eat a snack from my bag. That’s probably the only time I would have the kids watch tv, unless you recommend otherwise. My blood Read more sugar doesn’t drop often and I keep a good eye on it. I have to meet a work requirement of 80 hours a month for Medicaid and make less than 1300 a month; that’s why I made my rate low. I believe communication is key, with the children and with the parent. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! :)
