This position caught my interest because it is similar to what I had to well I was in highschool I was put into a class of kids with disabilities as well as behavioral issues and every day the teachers had me sit down and work with them and take them to their classes as well. As well as when I was growing up I’d always ended up helping out my mother with the kids at her day care after I was done with work or school. So I have always enjoyed working with kids and teens, every job I’ve had I’ve always worked with children and young adult. My first job I had before college I was a lifeguard and a arcade manager and a lifeguard so it always made me happy just to make the little ones happy. Then I went to cutting hair on kids all ages and Read more at that time it’s very important on connecting with the person your working with so you can figure out their needs and wants. Was it testing at times hearing kids scream and cry sometimes yes but I’ve learned with being at any place that will happen at time with kids and at the end of the day helping the kids is what truly matter. As a parent to me is it very important all kids feel comfortable and cared for because not all kids have that so it’s important we give them that.
