Allie has been such a blessing to our family! She's very approachable, kind, caring, attentive, and has great attention to detail. We have three children and they all love her! She is engaged with them the entire time and communicates with us about anything that comes up with the kids. We're so sad that she doesn't live nearby anymore, but hope that others will see how much of a blessing she is to them!

Allie was a full time nanny for our family for the summer. She was very intentional about creating a fun environment for them by establishing routine, boundaries and rewards. She took them on outings and often did arts and crafts with them. My kids fell in love with her and miss her so much. I highly recommend Allie for another nanny or babysitting position. She is a mature and lovely young woman and I loved having her for the summer!
