Hi! My name is Charlotte Perkins and I am a 19 year old college student at the University of Utah and living on campus. I was born here originally but have lived in Whitefish, Montana for most of my life and I have absolutely loved being a babysitter. I am a joyful and playful person and part of the reason I love babysitting kids is because I feel as if they effortlessly possess those qualities. I can also understand why they can frustrated and know how to deal with big emotions from kids. More to an that, as a student majoring in psychology and aspiring to become a therapist one day, I have become interested in childhood development and how the effects of a child’s role models have on them. It made me realize that the babysitters in many instances I had growing up had profound effects on me as Read more a growing and curious child. I would love to be that person that a kid learns and grows from. I have been a babysitter for multiple families in my life and I am skilled in finding activities to do away from screen time and having continuous high energy. Last summer I worked full time as a summer camp counselor with 5-12 year olds for 9 hours a day. I have also taken care of infants and toddlers multiple times as well, as I am routinely a daycare substitute. I am CPR and first aid certified and I have a car I am willing to use for transportation and errands if nessacary. I am a huge lover of learning and helping out with homewowrk and school as well! I also have a pretty flexible schedule!
