Hello! My name is Milaena Stride, and I am passionate about supporting children's growth, creativity, and development. I have over seven years of professional experience working with children from birth through adolescence. My background includes a wide range of roles — from babysitting and postpartum nanny care to long-term nanny positions, preschool teaching, and leading art camps for children of all ages. I recently graduated from State University with a degree in Child and Family Development, and I bring my knowledge and love for learning into every interaction with the families I support. I believe every child deserves to be truly seen, understood, and supported according to their unique learning style. As childcare professionals, it’s our responsibility to meet children where they are and help them grow into confident, curious, and resilient individuals. I believe fresh air, nature, and open spaces are essential parts of a healthy childhood. I love taking children on outings to parks, nature trails, playgrounds, and community spaces where they can move freely, engage their senses, and imagine new adventures. I often blend outdoor exploration with creative projects, encouraging children to build, discover, and create in ways that connect them with the world around them. In addition to my education and experience, I am certified in infant and child CPR and first aid, ensuring that children's safety is always a top priority.
