My name is CherlyLyn but everyone call me Cheryl.. I am a mother of two and grandmother of four.. I am Trinidadian born. I recently moved to Maryland from New Jersey.. I have over 15 years experience as a nanny with great references, from newborn to elementary school age..I worked as a shared nanny for four years in New Jersey ( they were a Jewish family in which I know a bit about kosher) .After I moved on to one family in New York city I stayed there for nine years . After I moved on to another family in which I stayed for five years until I moved to Maryland. In each family I engaged in taking the children to baby classes, pre kindergarten, kindergarten and elementary school. I was also taking them to soccer, swimming, ballet, classes to name a few..I am working uber and I am ready Read more to join another wonderful family. The love for children made me become a nanny.. Being a mom, grandmother and nanny made me understand each child are special and they grow up with their own personality. I love to see children grow up,from baby learning to crawl to walking and especially the first stage of talking which could be funny and when they can talk we become both chatter box (lol)... My ideal full day as a nanny includes morning walk to the playground,back for baby's lunch,nap time for the baby after nap back outside to finish of the day (communicating with the parents what is best for their child/ children is most important).When baby is napping I do light cleaning, take care of all the baby stuff and play area then I sit and eat my lunch ( which I bring from my home) I relax until baby gets up ( I need to reboot because I give my children 100 % of my time). Of course this depends on the age of the children. Which may also includes extra activities.. I am a warm, honest kind hearted, also with a big smile, very understanding and easy to talk to person..
