Ria is currently helping us look after our 2 year old daughter and has been absolutely amazing. She has over 20 years of experience and has worked with us for over a year. Ria has truly become an integral part of our family. She is incredibly patient, calm and reliable. Our daughter has grown quite fond of her and will enthusiastically run to greet her every morning when she walks through the door. We credit much of our daughter’s development to Ria, as she is constantly finding ways to keep her engaged, whether it is at home through play or reading, or by taking her to different classes. Ria has been proactive in meeting other nannies in the area, and organizing play dates for our little one. As a result, our daughter has an incredibly packed social calendar and has made so many friends because of her! I have had other mums come up to me unprompted to comment about Ria, how great she is and that you can see that she really cares about our daughter. It took us over 4 months to find a nanny as first time parents, as we really wanted to make sure the person that we hired was perfect. When I initially met Ria I was impressed about how professional she is and how seriously she takes her role as a childcare giver. This and her calm, stable energy really put me at ease straight away. We are sadly parting ways with her because we are moving away from the city. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!
