Hello, Families! I am a very honest, responsible, reliable and loving person. I have been caring for children for as long as I can remember. I am currently in my last semester of college at Southern Connecticut State University and will be getting my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Psychology and Child, Family and Community Studies. I worked at a summer camp where not only was I a camp counselor, but also a role model to the children. My group for the summer camp was ages 10-13 but I have experience with children of all ages. In high school, I took part in a program in the school called Child Development in which the class was a nursery and the students were the teachers. Before children even entered the classroom we had to learn everything about children, which has increased my knowledge on understanding children. Once Read more the children were in the class we had to make lessons plans and snacks correlating to the theme of the week, so I am capable of making fun, yet healthy snacks. Also, I do not have any problems doing some light housekeeping (picking up after the children, doing dishes, occasional children’s laundry, etc.).
