Hi! I'm Karlee, a recent college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. Throughout high school and college, I balanced academics with being a year-round student-athlete, which taught me responsibility, organization, patience, and excellent time management. I have 7+ years of childcare experience caring for children ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. I regularly babysat for a family with three children throughout high school and during the summers, then continued caring for them throughout college whenever our schedules allowed. I also have experience babysitting my younger cousins, worked as a summer school paraeducator, and coached a 12U girls softball team. These experiences have helped me become patient, dependable, energetic, and confident working with children of all ages and personalities.
