Hi there! I’m Leah — a patient, upbeat, and safety-conscious sitter with a background in neuroscience and a heart for helping others thrive. I’ve worked with kids and teens in a variety of roles: from teaching swim lessons as a certified lifeguard to supporting youth with anxiety and sensory needs through structured routines and calm, consistent care. What I love most about being a sitter is the chance to create fun, meaningful moments — whether we’re doing crafts, playing outside, or just chatting about life. I believe in treating every child as a unique individual and supporting them with empathy, curiosity, and clear communication. I’m CPR/AED certified, Wilderness First Aid trained, and experienced with neurodivergent youth, including kids who use AAC or letterboards. I’m also a clean driver, love pets, and am happy to help with light housekeeping and meal prep.
