Hi families! My name is Paola, and caring for children is something I genuinely enjoy. I love being part of their little milestones, watching their personalities develop, helping them discover new things, and creating meaningful connections with them. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, encouraged, and supported, and I always do my best to create that kind of environment. I have approximately 8 years of childcare experience working with private families and through a babysitting agency. I've cared for children from as young as 3 months to 11 years old, including infants, toddlers, twins, and multiple children at once. I've held both full-time and part-time positions and have experience adapting to different family routines, parenting styles, and individual needs. My experience includes infant care, bottle feeding, diaper changes, nap schedules, preparing children's meals, organizing playtime, supporting developmental milestones, and keeping children's spaces tidy. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla in Mexico. I also have additional training in infant and toddler development, early learning, social-emotional development, positive behavior support, and childcare safety. In addition, I completed a 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher training and an introductory First Responder course. I'm a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, and I would be happy to introduce Spanish to children through everyday conversations, songs, stories, and play if that's something their family is interested in. As a person, I consider myself patient, nurturing, responsible, easygoing, and dependable. I value open communication with parents and always make an effort to understand and respect each family's routines and parenting preferences. My goal is to build a trusting relationship with both parents and children while providing reliable, attentive, and loving care.
