Hi all! :) My name is Bailey, and I'm looking forward to meeting you! I have over 12 years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages—from infants to teens! Caring for kids has always come naturally to me, and I truly love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can grow, have so much fun, and just be themselves. In addition to my extensive nannying background, I also spent 6 years working as a pediatric dental assistant. That experience helped me hone in on my calm, patient approach (especially in those not-so-fun moments!) and deepened my understanding of child development, health, and safety. (AND I can give you all the dental knowledge you didn't know about your kiddos and yourself if need be!)
