I was shocked at the past review I read. I don't know what the circumstances were in that situation, but the interview date must have been very unclear. Dominique met me for an interview. She was on time and was in touch with me throughout the day prior. She is one of the sweetest people I've ever met!! She carefully listened to what I was requiring for my son's care, and she had attentive questions of her own which showed her experience and professional ism. Of course I hired her for the dates that I needed, and I look very very forward to working with her!
