I enjoy babysitting because it allows me to spend time with children. I also am gaining more work experience through this. I have been babysitting since I was 11. Starting with my big family, I've always been a big role in taking care of my younger cousins and siblings. After a few years of doing this I transitioned to the more professional side of taking care of others families. I am very well with communication, and problem solving. But what I love most is making sure the kids are actively. learning. I achieve this by getting them outside to do crafts, and play fun games instead of staying inside on screens.
