Hi families! My name is Arianna and I’m a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with over three years of full-time experience working with children. I spent two years as a daycare teacher, where I supported children’s learning, social development, and daily routines in a structured classroom setting. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provide individualized support to children, helping them build communication, behavioral, and life skills with patience and consistency. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I enjoy planning fun, age-appropriate activities while also maintaining routines that help kids thrive. Families can count on me to be responsible, attentive, and communicative. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child, and I take that responsibility seriously.
