Kim is dependable, calm and great help with our 4 kids. She frequently goes above and beyond, taking care of household chores that she isn't responsible for, making it easier for me when I get home from work after a 13 or 14 hour day. Most importantly, our kids are safe when we leave them in her care and that gives us peace of mind.

We did an over the phone interview followed by an In person interview. Everything seemed great. We then had her come in for her first shift to assist with bedtime and watch them through the night while my wife and I attempted to have a date night since we haven’t had a chance to in quite some time. Everything started off great. Unfortunately my girls just are hard to handle sometime at bedtime but Kim advised us she would be more than able to handle it. We advised to her if she couldn’t we would come back home and that was not problem to us at all. Also my wife, if she felt uncomfortable in anyway then we would come back home as well seeing that this is our first time using someone other than our family to watch our girls. That time came in the night where my wife did come back home early which was perfectly okay. The girls couldn’t settle and only because they missed their mom is all. After my wife settled them, Kim was extremely rude to my wife and stormed out of our home because my wife had come back early. I’m not sure what happened but that was not the attitude we got from Kim in either interview. I will not ever work with her again. I hope the next family you work with you provide a more professional presence during your time.
