Empty nester and recently retired 15 years of business owner. New to being a paid baby sitter but a mom of 2 boys 23 and 25 years old and have often helped close friends and families kids from just a few hours to even days. Just recently moved to Albuquerque with hubby to retire but realize I'm still full of energy with a lot of time on my hands. I have real life experience in loving and caring for both my kids. From infants up to teens, I can help provide your children to become happy and healthy in the most safest environment inside and outside of your home. I have volunteered many hours tutoring and have often chaperoned for field trips and participated in activities for school and church. I have experience with my younger child having been born a 29 week preemie and spent the 1st year of his life in the hospital with diagnosed Hirschsprungs, reflux, and pulmonary disease. CPR was an absolute knowledge required and used after his discharge from NICU. Postsurgery, I performed irrigation on a daily bases until full recovery. He has thrived and is a U of Pitt graduate with a BA in Theater and Fine Arts being in perfect health except for his allergies to nuts and shellfish. For parents with talented and exceptional kids who wish for enrichment and guidance is my specialty. My eldest is a most competitive Tjhsst graduate class of 2019 with a BS in biology from the College of William and Mary graduate class of 2023. He is currently a dental student in New York in hopes to become an oral surgeon. I believe in keeping kids engaged and informed by encouraging them to reach whatever goals they may have for the future and with that knowledge can be most helpful for parents with talented kids. Im an excellent cook so light cooking and preparing healthy meals for kids and infants is an easy task. Running a fun, safe, clean and organized environment for your child in my care is what I strive for. I love all animals(except snakes) and have no issues with playing and taking care of them. Most importantly for parents I am known for reliability/dependability and am currently very flexible with my time and yes but hard to believe by this bio, I can also be a lot of fun!
