Over the past few days, Syndi has been helping me with my child, she is very responsible and caring , my daughter loves spending time with her, she is also communicative and respectful, which makes working with her so easy.

We were so pleased with Syndi’s care. She quickly built a wonderful connection with our kids, making them feel comfortable and happy right away. She’s organized, cheerful, and very reliable. The kids loved the games and activities she planned, and we appreciated how smoothly everything went while she was with them. We would definitely invite her back again!

She took care of my child several times in the past, and I was always impressed with how responsible and attentive she was. Syndi helped take care of my 2 kids, and she was great for 3+ months, until she took on another job or "course" during weekday nights and weekends. We used to offer her food, desserts, cake, coffee - whenever we felt she was exhausted and too consumed taking care of kids. We repeatedly asked her to discuss if she ever had any issues, not to just leave the job, and at least give us a notice period if she wants to. Her salary was never delayed, and we even offered advance salary to help with her rental deposit. But two jobs took the best of her, and led to often being tired during the weekdays, missing out one day because she was sick, and she left our job the next day with no notice. Her reason for leaving was to focus on study, yet she's back on the platform seeking job with more money.
