Hi! I'm Montana (they/them). I started babysitting when I was very young and have worked with kids of all ages for over 15 years now, including newborns and toddlers. Spending time, making friends, and learning with babies and kids may be one of the things that gives me deep fulfillment. I’ve spent the last year nannying for a baby from 5 months to 20 months and it’s been such a fun and profound experience getting to support and explore this world with him as he grows into the incredibly smart, sweet, silly, inquisitive person he’s becoming. I love creating space that’s safe, attuned, consent-centered, creative, and fun to play and learn in. I do laundry, clean, cook, run errands, homework help, and go on outings. Besides working with kids I’m also a trained consent-educator, as well as a Massage Therapist and Craniosacral Therapist. I’m needing a bit more flexibility in Read more my schedule as I build these practices but do want to keep kiddos & babes in life and would love to support your family!

I cannot recommend Montana enough! Montana worked for my family as a nanny starting in May 2022 until May 2026 (when they moved from Los Angeles to New York City). They started watching our first child at 5 months old. I was incredibly nervous at the time about letting someone watch him outside of my husband and I, but that all melted away with Montana’s calm, grounded presence and expert childcare skills. They easily adapted to his shifting schedule, cared for him, playing, reading, diapering, handling naps and feeding, and as he got older, going on outings to the playground using the car and carseat. He had severe food allergies and Montana was incredibly responsible in keeping him safe and helping with food prep. Montana also helped around the house with cooking, laundry, and other light housekeeping (always much appreciated). Communication with Montana was always good and clear, and they easily took feedback. Also they were proactive in helping solve issues as they came up (like baby going through sleep regressions, and as he got older, the challenges of toddlerhood), and was always reliable and impressively punctual. When our 2nd child was born in November 2024, Montana would watch both kids and I was always impressed at their calm demeanor as they balanced the two of them. I recommend Montana wholeheartedly and feel very lucky they're in our lives, and can confidently say any family would benefit from their nannying!
