I've had a passion for supporting children with special needs for most of my life, beginning with volunteering in special education classrooms in sixth grade and expanding my experience through respite care starting at age 17. I had the privilege of supporting the same respite family throughout college and later completed an internship at ChildServe, working with children and young adults ages 6 months to 21 years. Although I now work full-time as a Search Consultant, providing respite care remains one of the most rewarding ways I can serve others. I love helping children build independence, confidence, and social skills while giving families trusted support. When I'm not working, you'll find me playing sports or spending time with my nieces and nephews, and I value the opportunity to combine my professional life, family values, and lifelong passion for helping children with special needs.
