Mercedes has cared for my 3 year olds son a couple times now and is extremely polite and easy to work with, the first time I booked her I was in a pinch and needed a last minute overnight babysitter and she came to the rescue with just about 3 hours notice I believe. Even when she is not available she made sure to get me in contact with a fellow sitter-friend of hers who is so sweet and easy to work with as well which I really appreciate seeing as she does need to do that. Mercedes is very professional and has exceeded my expectations by continuing to be so helpful with last minute bookings.
