Hi, I’m Caylie! I have 3 years of experience working with newborns and children up to 4 years old. I’m a big believer in leading by example and encouraging independence from early on. I take a Montessori approach to caring for and teaching children which gives them the respect and confidence to acquire life skills and foster a love of learning. I can provide structure and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment to ensure our children feel secure and loved.
