I graduated from UMass Boston with a degree in Health Science and later moved to Syracuse for my husband’s job. I have over six years of experience as a self-employed personal trainer and have also worked as a medical assistant, giving me strong first aid knowledge and CPR certification. Alongside my fitness career, I’ve built meaningful experience in childcare, including two paid nanny positions—one caring for a 4-month-old and a 3-year-old, and another with a 4-month-old infant. I’ve also played an active role in helping care for my four nephews from the newborn stage, with the oldest now being ten. I truly love working with children of all ages and bring a fun, energetic, and nurturing approach to every family I work with. I enjoy creating engaging experiences, whether at home or out on adventures, and I’m known for my outgoing personality and ability to connect through laughter and play.
