Hi, I’m Lilian—South Bay mom of two adult children with a lifetime of hands-on parenting experience. I know how much trust matters when choosing a nanny/babysitter because I’ve been on the parent side, too. I’m truly passionate about children and love supporting them as they grow. I’ve cared for every stage: newborns, toddlers, school-age kids, and teens (including babies from newborn to age 2). I bring patience, calm, playfulness, and warmth. Lilian was a heaven sent when I most needed. When I was working and going to college at the same time, my biggest concern was having someone who could care for my newborn. The person I was looking to spend time with my child, was someone who would be loving, who could stimulate my little one cognitively, and above all keep her safe. Lilian is all of that and more. I will always be thankful to her for being so giving and loyal.

Lilian is amazing! She is so gentle and kind with our kids, even while maintaining order (which is hard with three little boys!) She is dependable and reliable and overall wonderful! I can’t praise her enough! You and your kids would be lucky to have Lilian babysit!
