Hi! I’m Lilian, a South Bay mom of two adult children with 15+ years of childcare experience. I’m warm, calm, playful, and very reliable. I’ve cared for newborns through teens, including newborn–age 2. My approach is “educated play” + structure: simple activities that support speech/language, confidence, emotional regulation, and development, along with routines for meals, naps, and bedtime. I’m kind but clear with boundaries and use positive guidance. Experience includes 5+ years teaching 3rd–4th graders, leading a teen girls life-coaching group, and helping in an after-school program with special needs students (5th–8th). I’m organized with meals, homework, activities, and bedtime, pet-friendly, and I drive a 2025 Subaru. U.S. citizen (since 2021); trilingual (English/Portuguese/Spanish). Lilian was a heaven sent when I most needed. When I was working and going to college at the same time, my biggest concern was having someone who could care for my newborn. The person I was looking to spend time with my child, was someone who would be loving, who could stimulate my little one cognitively, and above all keep her safe. Lilian is all of that and more. I will always be thankful to her for being so giving and loyal.

Lilian is amazing! She is so gentle and kind with our kids, even while maintaining order (which is hard with three little boys!) She is dependable and reliable and overall wonderful! I can’t praise her enough! You and your kids would be lucky to have Lilian babysit!
