Hello! My name is Dahlia! I am 20 years old and currently in college to become an Elementary school teacher! I completed the first half of my higher education at a community college and have an Associate of Arts degree, majoring in EL ED. I am now at a university working toward my Bachelor's! I have a Gateway to Opportunity ECE (Early Childhood Education) Credential Level 1 and am DCFS Mandated Reporter certified. I have completed job shadowing and a clinical experience in Kindergarten and first-grade classrooms, and volunteered as a youth leader for a VBS program at a local church for multiple years as a teenager. I have experience with babysitting younger siblings and extended family members. I am currently working on acquiring an Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification through the American Red Cross. I am looking for a summer childcare job, and this can include regular babysitting/nannying!
