I recently moved back home from Austria, where I spent a year working as an au pair and expanding my knowledge of the German language. Before that, I nannied for a family with four children. The oldest was 6 years old, and I cared for the youngest from the time she was a newborn. At the same time, I also helped another family with three children, caring for their youngest from infancy as well.
