With over 20 years of experience nurturing and educating children as a nanny, preschool teacher, and K-1 classroom teacher, I bring a warm, grounded, and whole-child approach to every family I work with. I hold 14 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units, am CPR certified, and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching along with a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from the University of the Pacific. In addition to my teaching background, I’m a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and GAPS Nutrition Coach, specializing in children’s gut health and baby-led weaning. I blend my knowledge of nutrition with a love of nature and adventure, creating a holistic and joyful learning environment for children. I currently live on an 88-acre property with hiking trails, a pond, a working farm, a kids’ play structure, and an indoor children’s room—an ideal setting for outdoor exploration and creative play, which I love to share with the Read more families I support. I’m seeking a part-time position (25–30 hours/week), ideally Monday through Thursday. I thrive when I can spend most of the day outside with kids, engaging them in meaningful, curiosity-driven experiences at local parks, trails, and beyond. Let’s connect if you're looking for an experienced, thoughtful caregiver and educator who brings a rich blend of teaching, nature-based learning, and nutrition expertise to your child’s world.
