Hello families! First about me- My name is Nikki, I am 24 years old, and currently a college student at Sierra College. I am on the honor roll and my major is early childhood development. I am located in Rio Linda, with reliable transportation built for lots of kiddos! I come from a big family as I am one of 12 siblings and so that means a lot of nieces and nephews which I am extremely close with. In my free time, I am a bit of a mix between a home body and an outdoors person. I love to swim, paddle board and go on hikes but I could also cuddle up with a good book, a candle and my kitty. I love to do all the fun things like the arcade, bowling, water parks, etc. I enjoy arts and crafts, playing dress up and playing pretend. I would Read more love to take your kiddos on many fun adventures. Schedule- I am in asynchronous classes which means I make my own schedule with school. I currently work with one family Monday through Friday during the school year. I have been with them for almost two years. I also work with a toddler once/twice a week in the morning who I have been working with for almost a year. They are located in East Sacramento and Rosemont. Experience- I have been paid to watch the littles for going on four years now, I also have a lot of experience with kids when it comes to my family. I have been with the families I am with now for a while but I would like to further my income. I am CPR certified; I have worked with special needs adults as well as autism in children aged 4-7. I am also intermediate with American Sign Language. What I offer- I can take your littles on fun adventures, sing, laugh, play, I can drive them to play dates or pick them up from school, I will clean up after them, inspire new play-based learning activities, I can care for the animals, I will make meals for the kids, entertain without electronics, help with development in fine and gross motor skills, social skills, and cognitive development.
