Hi! My name is Hailey, and I’ve always genuinely loved working with kids. I started babysitting around age 11 or 12, and over the years I’ve cared for children of many different ages and personalities. Being someone kids feel safe, comfortable, and excited around has always come naturally to me, and I love getting to build meaningful relationships with the families I work with. One of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had was working in a preschool classroom with special education children. That experience taught me so much about patience, communication, adaptability, and creating a supportive environment where every child feels understood and included.
