Roxana has worked for our family full-time for the last two years. She began taking care of our 10 month old daughter and then our son after he was born. She is an outstanding nanny and person and I recommend her with full confidence. She has all the qualities of a great caregiver. She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, affectionate, thoughtful, proactive and able to adapt to the needs of the family and children. She treats our children as if they were her own and shares a strong bond with each of them, but very much respects our role as parents. In addition to the child care she provides, she always tries to make our life simpler and proactively helps with laundry and housekeeping tasks. We feel really fortunate to have had Roxana in our home.
