Hi! I’m Crystal! I am currently 31 years old :) I have 17 years of babysitting experience. I was 14 years old when I started my first babysitting job for my neighbor. I have babysat/ worked with newborn and up. I am extremely loving, caring, reliable, flexible, trustworthy, and hard working. I flexible with any schedule/hours needed (last minute notice, steady days/hours needed, etc.) ***Degrees -Associates degree in Early Childhood Education - Suffolk -Two semesters bachelors @ Adelphi UI- Garden City -Montessori certified -Montessori family business preschool owner -2 years experience working in a daycare, Tutor Time. I worked as a lead after school teacher, while also working in all other rooms in the daycare covering teacher breaks. I feel blessed having the opportunity to help mold & prepare children into the absolute best they could be. As to why i chose my career in education/ opening a Montessori preschool. (As the preschool is down since Corona began, I am free and will be reopening the preschool and becoming Daycare sometime next year). **COVID is extremely important as we all know, but especially working with children... an have been tested more than once. I would never want to put your children or family in jeopardy and will follow any rules/ safe health COVID habits daily, as I do. I am available everyday & flexible with days/hrs. I have many references & family’s who I still keep in touch with (as I get attached to the children and close with my families.😄 My number one priority is the safety and happiness of your child, always! I follow any routines that you have going with your child. I always straighten up and have house neat (putting toys away, dishes, etc). I find pride in helping to make life easier for your family in any way I can! While in the care of your child, my goal is to always make sure they are safe & happy at all times! I also like for you to feel safe, with no worry while in the care of your child! Having that piece of mind is important to any parent.
