Meet Emily

Hi, oi, hola families! My name is Emily, and I’m an experienced, nurturing, and energetic childcare provider based in New Jersey. I’ve worked with children of all ages — from infants to teenagers — and bring a warm, patient, and attentive presence to every family I support. Most recently, I’ve worked through ESS (Education Staffing Solutions) in public schools, providing one-on-one support to students across preschool, elementary, middle, and high school, especially kindergarten and special education classrooms. I have experience working closely with Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking students and am comfortable supporting international and bilingual families. Before that, I worked as a daycare teacher responsible for a classroom of 13 three- to four-year-olds, where I supported early learning, play-based activities, and potty training. I’ve also cared for nursery-aged children (1–2 years old) as part of a church program, where I was trusted with full responsibility during services. I’m passionate about creating a safe and encouraging space where kids can grow, play, and be themselves — whether that’s during structured activities, tutoring time, or simply after-school care.
