Hi! I'm a 25 year old reliable & experienced babysitter with a long history of working with children & families. I'm CPR/first aid certified, & I've been babysitting since I was a teenager. I have provided care for multiple families & have cared for all ages from infants & toddlers to older kids & teens. I would consider myself dependable, flexible, & respectful! More about me/skills/training/etc: My primary job I work for when not babysitting is a disability services company where I've spent the last few years at, so I have experience with care of children & adults with varying physical & mental disabilities or needs. I have an older sister who is a social worker & foster parent, so I am authorized to & still help care for many of the children who come through her home over the years. I have taken classes or completed courses in child Read more development, psychology, crisis intervention, trauma informed care, etc. throughout my life. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in both Theatre & French from Ball State University. With these things being said, I would say I have a range of knowledge or understanding when it comes to adapting my care to fit what each child & family needs as well as bringing communication skills, creativity, & prior experience. I have a car & a valid driver's license, so I'm able to assist with transportation, errands, school pick-ups, or getting kids to & from activities if desired, so long as there are carseats for children if needed. I can help with homework & have experience in helping tutor others, depending on the subject of course. I don't mind pets in the home so long as they are not aggressive! I love animals!
