Hi there! For the past six years, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a nanny—a role I’m deeply passionate about. Building genuine connections with both parents and children has been one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I’ve gained valuable insight into parenting along the way that I hope to carry with me in my own life one day. I’ve cared for infants, toddlers, and elementary-aged children. Through hands-on experience with a wide range of backgrounds and personalities, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to support children based on their stage of development while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. As some of their earliest role models, I believe it’s important for us to model patience, positivity, and calm communication. These behaviors help shape how children interact with the world. Part of my role is guiding children as they learn to understand and regulate their emotions so they can grow into confident and independent individuals. I also believe it’s important for children to continue expanding their knowledge through engaging and stimulating activities such as arts and crafts, reading, outdoor play, and age-appropriate learning games that encourage creativity and curiosity. In addition to childcare, I’m happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to and from school or extracurricular activities. I’ve also traveled with families who needed an extra set of hands during vacations or work trips.
