I have experience in dealing with many different needs/personalities, etc so I know how to be flexible and meet the childs’ needs. I am punctual and take my job seriously. Shall the date fall through on your end for any reason, the fee for the hours hired for is still due because I reserved the date for you and am relying on you financially. For recurring nannying, I ask that I get pay every week and guaranteed pay for hours hired for regardless the scenario, unless I request a day off, then I wouldn't expect to be paid for hours I missed. Stability is very important for both sides. My rate is $24/hr + $1/hr per additional child via cash, Venmo or Zelle.
