I started working with children full time in 1994 and continued to do so until 2008. I have worked with all ages throughout the years making me very versatile. Over the years I have taken care of children with many different special needs. These include but not limited to Downs syndrome, respiratory issues, cleft palate. I also potty trained many children in my years. I took early childhood education courses at Ivy Tech and received Early Childhood Development Accreditation. When my own children got older, I decided to branch into a different field of work. Almost 9 years later I am wanting to get back into watching children. I was a foster parent at one time. I was a lead teacher for toddlers. I was an assistant brownie leader. I have 2 daughters of my own who are currently 16 and 15 years old. I also have step children that Read more are 14, 12, and 9 years old. I own my own vehicle, which is a van. I can do light cleaning and laundry. I own a dog so comfortable with pets.
