Hello, my name is Zharielle. I’m 19 years old and currently in college studying Early Childhood Development. I will be graduating this year with my associate degree, and because my program is fully online, I have a very flexible schedule. I have been working in childcare since I was 16, and during COVID I had the opportunity to nanny for a wonderful family, which really strengthened my passion for supporting children’s growth and routines. I’ve also worked in a childcare center, gaining hands-on experience with various age groups and learning how to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. My mom is a teacher, so I grew up spending time in her classroom and watching how much joy she found in working with children. That experience inspired me to follow in her footsteps. Eventually, I even had the chance to work alongside her, which confirmed how much I love helping Read more young children learn and develop. Outside of work, I’m an aunt to three nieces and three nephews, so I’m constantly around little ones. I truly enjoy spending time with them, supporting their milestones, and stepping in to help whenever needed. I live in Blaine and am reliable, patient, and committed to creating a positive experience for both children and parents.
