Hi there! My name's Alisha and I've been told (a few times 😉before) that I am a very reliable, energetic, trustworthy and highly experienced “Nannager” ~ my own term for the perfect blend of professional sitter, nanny, and household manager. With 20+ years of childcare experience, I’ve cared for children of all ages, including infants, twins, toddlers, and school-aged children. I genuinely love helping families create a safe, happy, organized, and fun environment where children can learn, explore, and grow. I’m Adult, Child & Animal CPR Certified, First Aid trained, have a clean driving record, no criminal background, and hold Level II clearance for working and volunteering around children in school settings. I recently adopted my niece and two nephews, so I understand firsthand the beautiful ~ and sometimes wonderfully chaotic ~ reality of caring for little ones and managing a busy household. I love getting kids involved rather than simply “watching” them. I’m a golf and softball instructor, active in youth sports and community leadership, and currently serve on the North Bothell Little League Board, as Softball Player Coordinator, Head Umpire in Chief, and GM of the U14 Girls Softball team. I’m also an active member of the NorthShore School District Fitness & Nutrition Committee. I’m currently developing my ASL skills and enjoy introducing children to beginner French and Spanish. I’m happy to prepare meals, tidy up, do children’s laundry, run errands, provide transportation, manage schedules, and help keep busy households running smoothly. Most importantly, I want parents to feel confident when they walk out the door ~ and children to feel excited when I walk through it.
