Hello! I'm a current college student at VCU studying Health Services. I enjoy spending time with children, especially pre-k to high school aged kids. I've always enjoyed watching their inquisitive minds grow and contributing to nurture their growing minds. I love being able to connect with them through similar interests, engage in creativity with them, and other fun activities that will entertain them. I've worked as an after-school coding teacher for 9 months, tutoring and caring for children ages 5-14. As a teenager, I have babysat my nephews and nieces, family friends' children, and tutored elementary/middle school children in subjects they struggle with as well. I have experience volunteering as a babysitter/companion at my high school's extra-curricular events. I also grew up with cats and am able to care for them as well! I have my own car and am able to drive children to and from activities and school, Read more as well as run errands. I’ll come prepared with many screen-less activities to keep us engaged, and if allowed, some fun online games as well! I can start working after August 18th. (I am getting my First Aid and CPR certifications renewed late August)
