Hi, I'm Grayson (legal name Scout)! I'm 21 years old and I use they/them pronouns. I'm a student at LSC finishing up my AA degree this semester, and I plan to move to Winona next fall to pursue my Early Childhood Elementary Education degree at WSU! I have over a year of experience in a licensed childcare center with children ages 3 mo - 5 yr, as well as previous experience at a drop-in center for children of all ages and a few babysitting jobs (current and past). What I bring to the table as a childcare worker is that I am bubbly, creative, understanding, passionate, fun, patient, firm when I need to be, and always up for a challenge!
