Hello! My name is Christine, I’m a former Pre-k teacher, and I am in the process of co-opening an in-home center in the Franklinton area! Our center, Lullaby Kids Care, provides childcare for ages 0 -3yrs, from 7am to 5pm. We have a staff to child ratio of 1:3, and all staff has had extensive training, as well as years of experience in nannying, babysitting, and working in commercial daycares. We offer homemade meals, daily curriculum (including hands-on crafts and activities to bring home!), and updates (with pictures!) throughout the day. We prioritize ethical and professional business practices- even in the little things! - We will be operating out of a duplex, where one side is fully dedicated to childcare. Everything has been baby-proofed, and our furniture, layout, etc. has your child’s safety in mind. About me: - I’ve been working in childcare for the last 4 1/2 years (2 years with infants & toddlers, 2 years with preschool & pre-k). - I am CPR & First Aid certified, and have taken many professional development courses and various training throughout my time of working in daycares. - I’m currently in school to become a music therapist! - I love working with kids and believe that it’s crucial in early childhood to foster a safe environment where children can grow and gain confidence in themselves.
