Hello! My name is Becky Burmester. I am an active grandma of 5 and was a foster parent for 25 years. With more time on my hands, I have recent babysitting references. I would love to help out other families. I have experience with all ages of children but most extensive experience with infants. I am first aid certified and cpr certified. I am COVID vaccinated. My philosophy is that as a sitter my sole job is to interact with the child(ren) and supervise all activities. I live near Buffalo and New Hope Roads. I am pet friendly.

We feel so lucky to have found Becky. She has watched our children twice and even rescued us last minute when another sitter cancelled, and each time she has been absolutely wonderful. She brings such a calm, experienced presence. It’s clear she’s very comfortable with children and knows how to balance being kind and warm while also maintaining clear boundaries. Our preschooler took to her immediately. On Valentine’s Day we returned home to lovely painted cards that were so special. As parents, the reliability and peace of mind she provides are invaluable. Knowing someone so capable and thoughtful is with our children allows us to truly relax while we’re out. We’re incredibly grateful for her help and would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a dependable, experienced, and caring sitter.
