Currently, I am finishing my bachelors degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and during the day I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Besides working with special needs individuals under my current title, I have extra gentle approach because my son is also on the spectrum. Before I became a RBT, I was an Early Childhood Educator for 6 years working for names like Early Head Start. My care includes positive to neutral reinforcement because making mistakes and learning from them is how we can set children up for success later on in life!
