My name is Chloe, and I am a bubbly, energetic, and highly specialized childcare provider offering premium care across Olympia, Tumwater, Lacey, and Tanglewilde.I am looking to partner with 2 or 3 wonderful local families for consistent, part-time care this summer. Because I split my week, I am uniquely available to give your family 1 to 2 dedicated, high-quality days of care on a fixed Tuesday through Saturday schedule.Why Choose Me as Your Specialized Provider:Medical & Disability Expertise: I hold an active Washington State Home Care Aide (HCA) license and am fully CPR/First-Aid certified. I possess professional clinical knowledge, meaning I am highly trained to track health metrics, manage physical or developmental disabilities (such as autism or ADHD), and maintain absolute calm and control in emergency situations.Lifelong Childcare Experience: As the oldest sibling in my family, I spent years actively helping raise my three younger brothers and sister. I also own an exceptionally safe, highly reliable vehicle and am fully confident managing school pickups, doctor appointments, or fun local activities.My Schedule, Rates & Summer Plans:Availability: Tuesday through Saturday, preferred hours 7:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM.Target Rate: $30 – $40/hour (Depending on the number of children and complexity of care/household management).Summer Plans: To ensure total transparency, my only fixed summer constraint is a pre-planned camping trip where I will need all day Friday, July 31st and Saturday, August 1st off. I am highly flexible and more than happy to offer a "shift swap" earlier that week on Monday or Tuesday so your family doesn't lose any of your standard care hours!I am available for in-person meet-and-greets this Sunday and Monday and can start working before July!
