Meet Debra
I love being a nanny because working around kids of all ages watching and helping them grow, learn and develop some skills which can be helpful in their lives gives me a sense of purpose, peace, happiness and pride. Skills such as: reading, writing, potting training, learning to use utensils safely also socializing in a calm and safe manner with others. I have been working with kids for years and I have learnt that every child is different and I can learn something differently from each one of them which makes my thinking and understanding of different situations, family and environment adds to my experiences.

Debbie was the nanny for my two boys for 8 years. She was always on time, reliable, friendly, and caring. She treated my kids like her own. I highly recommend her!

Debbie cared for our four-month old full-time for several weeks in August and she was great. Always arrived early. Always made sure the bottles were washed and everything was tidy. Always accommodated our preferences and our schedule. And she was very sweet with our little boy! Her experience and professionalism show. Highly recommend.

Debbie is a wonderful nanny and person. She cared for both my 6-month-old and my toddler with warmth, love, and ease, and she has a natural gift for connecting with children of all ages. With over 25 years of experience, she has truly seen it all and brings a calm, steady presence to any situation. I especially appreciated her ability to handle anything independently with little direction, while also being incredibly open and receptive to any feedback or preferences I shared. She quickly became a trusted part of our family, and any household would be lucky to have her.

It is with the utmost confidence and enthusiasm that I recommend Debbie as a nanny. She has been an incredible presence in our lives, and anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will be beyond fortunate. Debbie brings a wealth of knowledge, intuition, and deep understanding of child development. She is loving, caring, and incredibly attentive—always tuned into the needs of our kids. One of the most remarkable things about Debbie is her energy and dedication. She never sits still! Whether it’s organizing crafts, playing games, going on walks, or heading to the park, she ensures that the children are constantly engaged in meaningful, fun, and enriching activities. Her proactive nature means she’s always one step ahead—taking initiative, helping out without being asked, and going above and beyond in every aspect of her role. What truly sets her apart is the deep, lasting bonds she forms with the children and their families. She has a genuine love for what she does, and it shows in the way children respond to her—with trust, affection, and joy. We continue to stay in touch with her long after her official role has ended, which is a true testament to the impact she has. She is everything you could want in a caregiver: nurturing, responsible, energetic, and incredibly devoted. She is more than a nanny—she becomes part of the family. We love her!!

Debbie is wonderful! She cared for our son this summer. She is warm, highly competent, a great communicator and was great with our 7 month old. Most of her jobs have been long term. She is committed to the wellbeing of children in her care and is great with parents as well!
