My love and passion for infants and children comes from growing up in a big family and always having babies, toddlers, and young children around. Starting in high school I would babysit cousins and family friends on the weekends and summers. I recently graduated college with my Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Medicine and I’m pursuing my Masters degree in Occupational Therapy where I hope to work with pediatrics in a hospital setting. During the school year I work for a family with a little boy who is currently 15 months old and have been with them for a year! Some of my education and clinical experiences include newborns with birth defects, developmental milestone and delays, potty training, preschool preparation, children with special needs, and the medical emergency education and experience such as basic life support, medication administration, CPR, and First Aid.
