Crystal is absolutely the best nanny in the world! She watched our son from the time he was three months old to six months old full-time four days a week. She was never late, never called out, and was perfectly reliable. She loved my son like her own, followed all of the crazy first time Mom rules that I had, and was very communicative. She would always text me to check in, had no problem using an app to track diapers and bottles, and my son loves her. She has transitioned from our nanny to our date night sitter as my son got into daycare. We still call on her frequently and she is always enthusiastic, loving, and treats my family and my house like her own. She is the definition of a unicorn nanny and any family would be blessed to have her watch their children.
