Before and After School Teacher Kindercare Learning Center September 2007 to June 2017 I was the Supervisor of a Before and After care program for kids from Kindergarten to 8th grade. I made sure the kids made it to their classrooms in the morning and made sure they were in my program in the afternoon. I was in charge of the overall health and well being of the kids along with making sure they had their homework done before anything else. I also provided different activities for each age group that they could participate in if they wanted to. Having an honest and open relationship with every parent was also priority. The parents knew their children were safe in the program and that they could depend on me and my staff to provide for all of their children's needs.
