Hi everyone!✨ My name is Dorrie. I am looking for a new position. I have worked as a full time nanny on and off over the last 10 years. And have been with my current family for almost a year. We had agreed to do a week trial with Dorrie prior to starting with us full time for our 22 month old girl. We agreed to start the week trial on Tuesday and when I followed up on Monday twice, she never got back to us, and never showed up. This is extremely unacceptable and disappointing in childcare as we now have no nanny and relied on her to show up responsibly. When we contacted her references, only one got back after a couple of follow ups, and only on text. This probably should have given us enough warning about the person’s reliability.

My son loved his time with her, he was so happy whenever I saw them together. She took him to the park, played outside, found some activities for them when it was cooler out. She was on-time and super easy to communicate with, I'd definitely recommend her!
